Luni seara, 2 octombrie 2023, la sediul Camerei de Comerț și Industrie a României, Sala Aurel Ghibuţiu, sub conducerea președintelui C.C.I.R., D-l Mihai Daraban, și în prezența unui numeros și select public, a avut loc lansarea Albumului „Interesele și drepturile românilor la Gurile Dunării”, amplă lucrare științifică realizată de Prof.univ. Dr Adrian Năstase, președintele Fundației Europene Titulescu, și ambasadorul Dr Mihai Gribincea, editată în condiții grafice excepționale de Institutul Cultural Român.
Prefațat de două studii consistente: „Chestiunea Dunării și interesele românesti” (Adrian Năstase) și respectiv „Politica Rusiei tariste la Gurile Dunării” (Mihai Gribincea), volumul include 115 hărți – începând cu secolul 15 – și peste 50 de vedute din zona Dunării de Jos.
Despre importanța și semnificația actuală a Albumului au rostit cuvinte de apreciere: Janina Sitaru – Secretar de Stat MAE, Ionut Săvoiu – Secretar de Stat MTI, Acad. Dan Bălteanu, din partea Academiei Române. Cei doi editori au intervenit și au făcut precizări asupra tematicii, a obiectivelor urmărite, a structurii volumului și au subliniat colaborarea cu instituții de prestigiu în elaborarea volumului.
